It is with great sadness that the family of Mary Alice Bennett announce her peaceful passing in her home surrounded by her children on Saturday, June 18 2022 at the age of 81 years.

Mary was a caring, loving, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be loved and missed by her children: Tammy (Rex), Todd (April), Lindsey (Karen), Monty (Paula) , Barry (Jackie) ,Jerrett (Donna) ,Darren (Princie), Lydia (Glen), Michelle (Terry) and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Mary was an avid reader.  She loved to cook and do her gardening.

She was predeceased by her parents Sarah King and Cyril Fillatre, her partner Reginald Bennett and her sisters and brothers.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the “The Canadian Cancer Society”.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home in Stephenville Crossing, NL.
