Bonnie Abbott Roberts

July 15, 1952 - February 5, 2025

St. Paul's River, Quebec

Passed peacefully away  surrounded by her family and close friends at her home in St. Paul’s River Qc. On February 5 2025.

Left to mourn, her loving husband of 50 years Roger . Her children Boyce (Stephanie), Granfell  (Shaunna) and Krista.  Her grandchildren  Dylan (Robin), Lucas (Hannah) and Brynlee. Great grandchildren Jalen and Jacey.  Also left to mourn her brother Lloyd Abbott  and special Aunt Gertie Hicks.  Her sisters in law Betty ( Bill), Linda  ( Frank), Louise ( Wayne ) and Beverly.  Also by a huge circle of family and friends.

Predeceased by her Mother and Father Clifford and Vida Abbott.  Her Brother Clarence Abbott.  Mother and father in law Bernard and Madeline Roberts.  Sister in law Ivy Roberts and brother in law Granfell Roberts .

Roger was the love of her life, they were inseparable.They shared a bond that was unbreakable. Mom was the definition of what a Mom should be. She always put her needs above everyone before herself. Her dedication to her family was always her number one priority. She would move the Earth to make sure they were happy and healthy . Her relentless talks amongst her friends were that of her family. Especially her kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren. They were her pride and joy.

She was a very hardworking woman ,if there was work to be done she was there. Anyone who knew Mom knew she loved cleaning.

She was born July 15, 1952 in Musgrave Harbour and that's where she grew up. A place she loved and talked about fondly. Although she spent the last 50 years in St. Paul’s River her heart was always there. Her love for the beaches of Musgrave Harbor will live on forever . She was a through and through proud Newfie.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
