Obituary of Judy Vera Fudge

Judy Vera Fudge

September 6, 1948 – February 25, 2025

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Judy Vera Fudge announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on February 25, 2025, at the age of 76 years.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband of 56 years, Roy and her two children, Edward (Christina) and Jocelyn (Ken), grandson Kyle, Sisters, Sandra (Gerald) Winsor, Joyce (Philip) Bennett, and Marilyn (Clarence), brother-in-law Gord (Ella) Fudge, nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Reginald and Vera Noble and parent’s in-law Stanley and Mabel Fudge.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, and she will be resting at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church with visitation taking place from 2-4 and 7-9 on Friday, February 28, 2025.  Funeral service will take place on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 2:00 from St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church with Rev. Deacon Brenda Strickland officiating.

As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.

The family would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Samak and nurses at Calder Health Care Centre, ambulance attendants, doctors and nurses at Western Memorial Regional Hospital (4A, 4D, ICU and the Palliative Care Unit).  The phenomenal care and kindness shown to Judy and her family will never be forgotten.
