June 1, 1958 - February 28, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the passing of Warren Galliott, who died unexpectedly on  Friday, February 28th, 2025 surrounded by nature.

He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife, Justine of 46 years; two wonderful sons:  Warren (Anita) and Derek (Erin); four beautiful grandchildren:  Ceilidh, Lochlainn, Jacob, Joshua; his brother Henry (Jennifer); sisters Joyce and Patsy (Roy) as well  many nieces, nephews and friends.

Warren's heart belonged in Newfoundland.  A hardworking man who loved the outdoors, he was always eager for his next hunting or fishing trip.  You could often find him tinkering in his shed or sharing laughs and a good old story with family and friends.  Warren was always the first to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

While our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing he passed doing what he loved, surrounded by the woods and trails he had travelled countless times.  Above all, Warren cherished his family and nothing bought  him more joy than spending time with his beloved grandchildren.  His love and laughter will live on in their hearts and in memories we all hold so dear.

Warren is predeceased by his parents Henry and Maria Galliott

Following his wishes, cremation will take place. 

The family will hold a Private Visitation at Fillatre's Funeral Home, in Port au Choix, Nl on Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 3pm - 9pm. 

Inurnment to follow on Friday, March 7, 2025 @ 11am, Doctor's Brook Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, simply give each other a hug and never take a second for granted because life is very precious and not guaranteed.
