Dearly loved visiting Charlie House at the small store on the corner in Stephenville Crossing. I always told people if you needed anything that you couldn’t find anywhere else go to Charlie’s and if he didn’t have it it probably doesn’t exist anymore. Met a woman at a store in Stephenville who was looking for a certain type of saw blade and she said she had gone to every store in Stephenville with no luck so I told her about Charlie’s store in the Crossing and its location and said if anybody has this type of blade it would be in Charlie’s store, months later we bumped into each other again and I asked her if she had visited Charlie’s store in the Crossing and she said she had and found the specific blade she was looking for and had purchased three, two extra for backup if needed later. I love hardware stores and loved to visit this store in particular and rummage around and would always be amazed at the amount of products that you could find, it was everywhere high and low, top to bottom and Charlie was always there standing behind the counter willing to chat. A super nice man RIP Charlie
