Obituary of Joseph Mark Dit Lalo

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Joseph Mark Dit Lalo announce his passing on March 14^th, 2025, at the Labrador Health Centre, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL at the age of 77 years.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife: Margaret Mark; children: Raven, Kanikuen (Shirley), Theresa (Gordie), Pien, Ashley (Antonio), and Lizette; brother: Edmond Malleck; sisters: Colette Malleck and Mary Alice Malleck; grandchildren: Melvin, Joshua, Felicity, Natalia, Ketiana, Zaneta, Miikun, Kanikuen, Nuke, Daniel, Aymerick

, Matthew and Tyler; and great grandchildren: Oliver, Jaxon and Addison; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Joseph was predeceased by his parents: Francis and Mary Ange Mark; brother: Mathias Mark; grandchildren: Shanamen and Olly; and great grandchild: Everly.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15^th, 2025, at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.

A wake will be held on Sunday, March 16^th, 2025, at 75 McKenzie Drive, Sheshatshiu, NL starting at 1:00 pm.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, March 17^th, 2025, at the Roman Catholic Church in Sheshatshiu, NL starting at 1:30 pm, with Father Joe officiating. Interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Sheshatshiu, NL.
