Obituary of Terry Elson

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Terry Elson (Cro) announce his passing on March 19^th, 2025, at the Labrador Health Centre, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL at the age of 64 years.

Terry was born on October 22^nd,  1960, in Spotted Island, Labrador and loved to return there each year to spend time picking bakeapples and fishing.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children: Natalie, Kimberly and Patrick; grandchildren: Aleaha, Abby, Melayna and Dalton; siblings: Gladys (Jim) Holwell, Eva (Art) Luther, Doreen (Tom) Randell, Wayne, Albert (Brenda), Ron (Wendy), Martin (Jenny) and Dean (Lenora); nieces and nephews: Jamie, Jeff, Martin, Rebecca, Rachel, Leah, Lesley, Erin, Brian, Leanne, Ronnie, Andrew, Desiree, Sandra, Brea, Terry, Alicia, Aimee, Tyler, Katelyn, Brandon, Bradley, Debbie, Demetrius, Damien and Dallas; as well as other extended family and friends.

Terry was predeceased by his parents: Hubert and Sophie Elson; nephews: Kenneth, Martin and Issac; and niece: Danielle.

Friends and family may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL on Friday, March 21^st, 2025, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.

The celebration of Terry’s life will be held later this week. Date and time to be announced.

The family would like to thank all the health care professionals of the Labrador Health Centre for the care they provided to Terry for the past several months.
