Obituary of Audrey Pearl Rideout
Audrey Pearl Rideout (Stagg)
November 22, 1935 - March 15, 2025
It is with heavy hearts the family of the late Audrey Pearl Rideout announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Palliative Care Unit on Saturday, March 15th, 2025 at the age of 89 years.
She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her children: Kim Coombs (Dwight), Cheryl Kendell (Ken), Stephen (Denise), Michelle (Pat), and David (Michelle). Grandchildren: Adam (Tessa), Sydney, Stephanie, Tyler (Stacy), Nathan, Katie (Dalton), Megan and Grace. Great grandchildren: Finley, Callie, Ava, and Alex. Sister: Sylvia Burton (Fred), and sister-in-law/sister, Joan Reader. Also, many nieces, nephews, and her life-long friend, Dorothy Pike.
She was predeceased by the love of her life, Otto, in 1986. Her brother, Gordon; sisters, Ena and Joan; her parents, Alexander and Selina Stagg; and mother and father-in-law, Violet and Harry Rideout.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to her care givers, who treated her like their own family: Haily, Samantha, Amanda, Arlene, and Lori.
Visitation for family and friends will take place at Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue on Saturday, March 22nd, 2025 between the hours of 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be on Sunday, March 23rd, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. with Major Brian Wheeler officiating. The service will be held at Fillatre's Funeral Home Chapel, 4 St. Mark's Avenue. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
