Obituary of Vivian Organ

Vivian Organ 

May 8, 1947 - March 27, 2025

With deep sadness, the family of Vivian Organ announce her passing at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Home on the 27th of March 2025 at the age of 77 years.  She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories children: Heidi Harder (Bryan), Traci Smith (Steve), Patti Smith, and Al Crawford (Monica); grandchildren Keagan, Skyler, Wyatt and Taylor (who Grammie loved the most), sister Muriel Brake, brother Matthew Organ (Elizabeth), and sister Brenda Pittman (Terry) and brother-in-law. Wilf Taylor.  She was predeceased by parents Matthew and Annie Organ, brothers Clayton Organ and Gerald Organ and sisters Agatha Taylor and Sarah Farwell; sisters-in-law Elaine Organ and Margaret Organ and brothers-in-law Clayton Farwell and Clayton Brake.  Vivian will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, generosity and warm heart.  She loved her family and friends dearly, and leaves behind many cherished memories for all who knew her.  Her family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for the kindness, love and compassion provided by everyone at the Corner Brook Bungalows and Long Term Care Home’s Raspberry Road and Elderberry Road.  They are the angels who live amongst us.  A funeral service will be held in Norris Point at the Church of the Good Shepherd on Sunday, September 21st, 2025 at 2 pm with a Celebration of Life following the service at the Norris Point Lions’ Club.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Newfoundland and Labrador Alzheimer’s Society or The Canadian Cancer Society.  The family guestbook may be signed by visiting www.fillatre.ca.
