Theresa Mary Joyce
April 17, 1946 -April 9, 2025
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Theresa Joyce, a cherished sister, aunt, friend, and one of a kind soul on April 9, 2025.
Her vibrant personality and spunky attitude made her unforgettable to everyone who knew her. Never shy to share her own opinion, she had a unique way of lighting up a conversation, filling them with wit, laughter and love. Theresa was a devoted lover of life’s simple joys. She never turned down a game of cards, always had a diet coke in hand and adored her fur babies: Looker, Rustine, Christmas and Maggie who brought her endless happiness. Her zest for life and affectionate heart created countless cherished memories with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed but forever remembered for the joy and humor she brought into our lives, her loving spirit and the countless laughs we shared.
Theresa leaves to mourn her brothers Percy (Rose), William (Linda), Kevin, Norb (Judy), Eddie (Heather); sisters Madeline (Bob), Marg (Peter), Von (Ray); sisters-in-law Janet Joyce and Fran Joyce; her many nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces and a large circle of extended family and friends. Von was Theresa’s best friend, companion and caregiver who was at her side on a daily basis and showed the true meaning of sisterly love.
Theresa was predeceased by her parents Percival and Mary Joyce; brothers Patrick (Edna), Gregory, Bern, Rod and Nicholas.
