GREGORY HAROLD (GREG) ANDERSON
JUNE 26, 1956 - APRIL 13, 2025
It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of the late Greg Anderson announce his peaceful passing on April 13, 2025 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit at the age of 68, with his loving and devoted wife by his side.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his wife of 43 years, Elaine (nee Power) and his sons Jordan and Justin. His siblings, Maxine (Carl) Noseworthy, Walter (Colleen) Anderson, Carolyn Grant and Kristopher Anderson. His brothers-in- law David (Sheila) Power, Randy Power and Perry (Glenda) Power, and his sister-in-law Patricia (Chris) Pike, as well as a large circle of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, Maxwell and Lena Anderson; his parents-in-law, David and Catherine Power; and his niece Krysta Noseworthy. Greg was very proud of his many years of volunteer service with several organizations, including The Boy Scouts of Canada, The Canadian Rangers and the Massey Drive Volunteer Fire Department, just to name a few. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter, fisherman and photographer. Greg's zest for life, his sense of adventure, and his work ethic were truly an inspiration to all those lucky enough to have known him.
Visitation will be held at Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue on Wednesday, April 16 from 2:00-4:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm. The funeral service will take place at All Saints Anglican Church on Clarence Street on Thursday, April 17 at 2:00pm with Rev. Canon Tanya White officiating, followed by inurnment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery.

The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and support staff at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital for their excellent care and compassion, especially those at the Palliative Care Unit. Thanks as well to the staff at Fillatre's Funeral Home for their professionalism and support.
