Obituary of Daniel Kyle Plowman

Daniel Kyle Plowman

January 15, 1987 - May 25, 2025  

It is with great sadness that we, the family of Daniel Kyle Plowman, announce his passing on May 25, 2025 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the tender age of 38.

Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of memories, his mother Norma Plowman; brothers Kirk Plowman and Perry Moore; nieces Alexis Plowman, Ashley Plowman, Abigail Rogers, and Lytora MacAuther; nephew Adam Plowman.
Aunts:  Ann (Mick) Caines, Sherry (John) Jones and Valerie (Carly) Moore.

Daniel was an avid hunter and looked forward every year to getting his moose license, especially when his very special friend Bill Butler made the trip across the island to go hunting with him. And many times throughout the year Bill (and whoever wanted to accompany him) made the trip to spend time with his buddy at the cabin in Northeast. Bill always called Daniel to make sure he was available and he always was. He loved those trips with Bill.
Also mourning his death are his cousins and his many friends including Kirby Biggin, Rob Ryan, Cameron Ryan, Philip Reid, Barry Hynes, Eugene Caines, Philip Kennedy, Clyde Biggin, and manymore friends including Hilda and Myles House who had a visit from him every day. And his special cousin who was his ‘go to person’
Jeanann Biggin. He was quite well known and everyone he met became his friend. His friends played a big role in his life, they ‘took care of him’, he was always in good hands. He loved his friends and they loved him, and it showed.

Daniel was predeceased by his father Daniel (Dan) Plowman; grandparents Guy and Dulcie Plowman; Edwin and Esther Moore; sister Paula Moore; special aunt and uncle Marion and John Ryan; aunt Blanche Coles; uncle and aunt George and Mary Plowman; Junior White who was like a grandfather to him.

Dearly loved and dearly missed.

Visitation: St. John the Divine Anglican Church, Port Saunders

Wednesday, May 28 - 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Thursday, May 29 - 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. &. 7p.m. to 9 p.m.

Funeral Service - Friday May 30 at 2 p.m.

Internment to follow at The Sandy Cove Interfaith Cemetery.
