He leaves behind his daughter Samantha Decker (Tiras Tompkins and Faye Tompkins), and Mother Nancy Willans (Richard Willans). Perry also leaves behind his siblings whom will miss him dearly: Cassandra ‘Sandi’ Decker (Patricia Mitchell), Dion Decker ( Kennedy Decker and Brandon Decker) Edward ‘Eddie’ Decker, and Kirby Decker.
Perry had a natural talent for darts and was known for his skill and precision in the game. His personality shone through in many aspects of his life and was admired by those around him.
