It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dorothy Ann Young announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville at the age of 59 years.
She leaves to mourn sisters: Jean Muise, Mary Young, Maisey Edwards, Germaine (Helmond) Gillam, Bertha (Allan) King, Cathy (Eric) Richard, Penny (Cook)Alexander and Bernice (Richard Legge); brothers: Gerry, Nickie (Josephine), Raymond (Regina Legge), Leonard and Howard.
Doreen is predeceased by her parents William and Clara Mae Young; sisters: Rose Correa, Mildred (Cook) Harris; brothers: Adam and Larry.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2-4 & 7-9pm at the St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, St. George’s from where the funeral mass will take place on Tuesday, July 15th at 2:00pm with Father Edmund Dantes officiating. Burial with follow at the R.C cemetery, St.Theresa's.
As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 37 west Street, Stephenville Crossing.
