Obituary of Chesley Morris

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Chesley Morris announce his passing on July 16^th, 2025, at the Labrador Health Centre, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL, at the age of 77 years.

Leaving to mourn with fond and precious memories are his wife: Mabel; children: Michael (Debbie), Neal (Andrea) and Kathleen (Junior); grandchildren: Kristy (Conn), Merissa (Herbie), Donovan, Hope, Nicholas, Jacob, Timothy and Hanna; great grandchildren: Karly, Hunter, Nevaeh, Grace and Faith; brothers: Alton, William, Richard and Sidney; sisters: Harriett, Minnie, Rose, Dot, Fannie and Effie; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Chesley was predeceased by his parents: George and Drucella Morris: son: Calvin; and brother: Warren.

The funeral service will take place on Sunday, July 20^th, 2025, from the Calvary Pentecostal Temple in Charlottetown, NL with Pastor Elaine Rideout officiating.

The family would like to offer special thanks to the staff of the Labrador Health Centre, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL, and to anyone that has helped in any way during Chesley’s illness.
