Obituary of Melody JoAnn Lampe

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Melody JoAnn Lucy Violet Heidi Lampe announce her sudden passing in Nain, NL on August 2^nd, 2025, at the tender age of 18 years. Melody was her true authentic self through and through, taking up any chance she could get to travel, especially if it was to play volleyball. Melody was a social butterfly, who’s presence and light will be missed dearly by her community and all who knew her.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her Mother: Corinne Doris Lampe & Stepfather: Harry Dicker; Father: Thomas Harris & Stepmother: Susan Harris; Brothers: Larson & Zachary; Sister: Scarlett; Grandparents: Mary & Elias Harris and Steven Voisey & Emily Lampe; Aunts and Uncles: Darren, Heather, Bradley, Tyrone, Lucy, Cassie, Mary Lou, Tyler, and George. As well as a large circle of cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Melody is predeceased by her Great Grandparents: Donald Voisey, Sophia Lampe, Benigna & Elias Harris, Sarah & Jim Voisey, and Tom & Silpa Barbour. Along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Cremation will be taking place in the coming days, and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
