Obituary of Russell Victor Crocker

Russell Victor Crocker
September 29, 1957 – August 6, 2025

It is with broken hearts that family of the late Russell Crocker announce his passing at the age of 67 years.

He leaves to mourn his wife Ivy (nee Reid); daughters Crystal (Barry) Young  and Ashley (Andrew) Cassell; son Don Alexander; grandchildren Mckenzie, Tommy, Julia, Mitchell, Marshall, Marcus, Ava, Veronica, and Matthew; great-grandchildren Everleigh, Phoenix, Nathan, Peyton, and Christopher; brothers Roy (Nancy), Lloyal, Willis, Francis (Nola), and Jason; brother-in-law Johnny Barnes; brothers and sisters-in-law from the Reid family; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.

Russ was predeceased by his parents Victor and Elizabeth Crocker; sisters Verna and Joan;  brother Derrick; parents-in-law Thelma and Tom Reid.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff of the Bungalows and the Corner Brook Long Term Care – Blueberry Lane. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at St. Simon and St. Jude Anglican Church in Trout River on Thursday, August 7 from the hours of 7 – 9 pm and on Friday, August 8 from the hours of
2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, August 9 at 2 pm with Rev. Canon Jeffrey Petten officiating followed by the burial service at the United Cemetery.
