Obituary of Jeremy William Campbell

Please share a memory of Jeremy to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Jeremy William Campbell announce his passing on August 25, 2025, at Pinsent’s Arm, age 38 years.

Jeremy was a shy, but loud spoken man. He lived a simple life spending most of his days and nights in his shed, fixing anything that had a motor or fiberglassing boats. He loved to fish, whether it was crab, cod or even ice fishing in winter. His nieces and nephew were his soft spot, his everything. Jeremy’s presence, knowledge of mechanics and his willingness to help will be dearly missed by all in our little community.

Jeremy leaves to mourn with loving memories his mom, Elsie; brother, Justin (Mandy); sisters, Julia (Lindsay) and Jessica (Edward); grandmother, Julia Yetman; nieces, Emily and Lily; and nephew, Logan; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by his dad, Stanley Jr.; grandparents, Stanley Sr. and Mildred Campbell; and grandfather, Gordon Yetman.

The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to Port Hope Simpson Paramedics, Mary’s Harbour RCMP Detachment and everyone who has visited, telephoned, messaged and brought food. Your kindness and generosity will never be forgotten.

Visitation and funeral times to be announced in the coming days.
