June Annie Maragret Earle
April 10, 1962 - September 9, 2025
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of June Earle, aged 63, of L’Anse au Loup, on September 9th, 2025, at Forteau Long Term Care. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and cherished friend, June departed this world peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones.
Born on April 10, 1962, to the late Chesley and Avril Parsons of McIver’s, June resided there until meeting the love of her life, Elden Earle of L’Anse au Loup, and after they got married, they lived their lives together in Flower’s Cove and L’Anse au Loup.
June is survived by her cherished husband of 37 years, Elden Earle, her beloved children, Shane (Amy), Tywna (Kerry) and Lakisha (Joseph), and her adored grandchildren, Cory (Emily), Magan (Johnny), Jack (Ava), Matt and Chase and great-granddaughter Remi. She also leaves behind her siblings: Dolly, Vincent (Bernice), Carl (Pat), Perry (Cathy), Lucy, Trudy (Shawn), Lana and Norman, along with many nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends whom she desired to carry on her legacy of faith.
Throughout her life, June was known for her kindness, unwavering faith, and infectious joy. She often reminded those around her, “Whatever is the Lord’s will, let his will be done,” and she lived each day in accordance with this belief. Her compassionate heart and gentle spirit made a lasting impact on her family and all of those who had the joy to know her.
We are thankful for all the love and support we have received over the last number of weeks from our family and friends near and far. Your thoughtfulness and presence were very much appreciated. A special thank you to Mabel and Zita for all your care and compassion. Mom sure did appreciate you being here with her. To the nurses and staff at Labrador South Health Center and Long-Term Care Unit, your professionalism, care and compassion are simply amazing, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
As we grieve the loss of our beloved June, we take comfort in knowing she is now resting in the arms of her Lord and Saviour. Her legacy of faith, love, and service will forever resonate in our hearts. The family are inviting you to have a time of reflection at L’Anse au Loup Gospel Hall on Thursday, September 11th, at 7 PM, and the funeral will be held on Friday, September 12, at 1 PM, with the interment to follow at the L’Anse au Loup Gospel Hall cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of one’s choice.
