Eddie Clarence Janes
April 2, 1945 – October 17, 2025

It is with sadness that the family of Eddie Clarence Janes announce his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook, NL on Friday, October 17, 2025, at the age of 80 years.

Leaving to mourn are his children Angela Dempsey (Paul), April Moss (Maury), Eddie Janes Jr. (Kriste) and Melissa Janes; grandchildren Jesse Dempsey, John Dempsey, Taylor Dawn Janes, James Maclean, Riley Janes, Annokyn Janes, Travis Janes, Kaynen Janes, Austin Boudreau, Josh Boudreau; great grandchildren Venus and Theodore Dempsey; brothers Karl Janes (Wendy), Bernard Janes (Lynn); and sister Ruby Tucker.

Eddie was predeceased by his parents Robert and Emma (Wells) Janes; brother Donald Janes, first wife Lorretta Brown and second wife Maggie White.

As per Eddie’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.
