It is with great sadness that the family of the late Shirley Vincent announce her passing on October 23, 2025, at the Western Memorial Palliative Care Unit at the age of 90 years.
She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter Margaret (Greg) Howlett, Grand daughter Nikita Howlett, and her Brother Frank Bernard’s also leaves to mourn a large circle of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Shirley was predeceased by her husband Sam Vincent, Grandson Shannon Howlett, Mother Frances Peddle and her siblings Theresa Young, Meta Hann, Margaret Bennett and her brother Kevin Bernard.
As per Shirley’s wishes cremation has taken place. There will be no formal visitation or funeral services held
