Obituary of Julianna Saunders

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Julianna Saunders announce her passing on Thursday, November 13^th, 2025, at the Labrador Health Centre, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL at the age of 84 years.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children: Elizabth Pasteen, Charles Pasteen, Peter Pasteen, Theadora Pasteen, and Storm Saunders; along with many, many grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as many extended relatives and friends.

Julianna was predeceased by her husband: Freeman Saunders and first husband Charles Pasteen; parents: Thomas and Alice Noah; children: Alexis Saunders and Jeanine Pasteen; brothers: Simon Noah and baby boy Noah; and sisters: Marie Georgette Mistenapeo and Mary Adele Rich.

A visitation will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL on Saturday, November 15^th, 2025, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17^th, 2025 from the Roman Catholic Church in Natuashish, NL, time will be announced,  with Father Praveen officiating.
