It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gordon Gale announce his passing on Friday, November 21st at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville at the age of 90 years.

He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories; daughter, Sandra (Danny) Hulan; grandson, Gordie Carter(Gordon & Juanita’s pride and joy); son, Dale ( Effie Roberts- Gale); sister, Joyce McKay; brother – in – law, Doug Daniels as well a large circle of family and friends.

Gordon was a proud & dedicated husband and father who loved family and would do anything for them. He worked hard to support them and loved fishing, hunting, camping with friends & family and going to the cabin.  When Gordon’s grandson Gordie was born all the outdoor activities enjoyed were renewed all over again with his pride and joy.

He is predeceased by his wife, Juanita; parents: Robert & Isabelle; brothers; Lester and Leamon; sisters: Rose and Betty; sister -in- law, Irene Gale and brothers – in – law: Wilfred McKay and Don Miller.

In respecting Gordon’s wishes cremation has taken place. Interment will follow in the summer of 2026.

As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the St. George’s Anglican Church memorial fund, Robinsons.
