Sophie Ann Slater was born November 28 2025 to her loving parents Brittany and Kyle, and her excited big brother Elliot.
It’s with shattered hearts we must share that Sophie passed the same day at Western Memorial Hospital, surrounded by family.
Sophie is forever loved by her grandparents Jerry & Karen, Michelle and ‘Bup’ Jeff, her aunts and uncles (Katie, Colin, Meagan and Kelsey), her great-grandparents (Ann, Bertha and Patricia), as well as all of her extended family.
Despite her short time with us Sophie will forever be on our minds, in our hearts and forever with us.
