It is with great sadness that the family of the late Christopher Parsons announce his passing at his home residence, Barachois Brook on Monday, December 1^st at the age of 73 years.

He leaves to mourn: his mother, Stella ( Dell) Parsons; daughters: Holly Butler, Rebecca Parsons (William); mother of Rebecca, Mona; son, Jamie Butler; brothers: Cyril Parsons( Patsy), Robert Parsons, Derek Parsons (Judy), Tony Parsons ( Michelle), Stephen Parsons ( Amanda), Herman Parsons Jr.; sisters: Karen Brumsey, Judy Luscombe( Dereck), and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives, especially uncle Vince Parsons(Judy), other friends and especially his cabin buddies.

Christopher is predeceased by his father, Herman Parsons Sr; brother, Arthur Parsons (Sis), nephew Phillip Parsons; brothers – in – law: Matthew Brumsey and Albert Skinner; sister -in-law, Joyce (Gaultois) Parsons.

Visitation will begin on Monday, December 8^th 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 37 West Street, Stephenville Crossing.

Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, December 9^th at 10:00 am from Assumption Parish, 24 Hospital Road, Stephenville Crossing with Father Edmund Dantes officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery, Brook Street.
