Lorraine “Lori” Ann Bailey (Roberts) of Corner Brook, born April 30th, 1972 passed away suddenly in the evening hours of Saturday, January 17th, 2026. Lori was a beloved grandmother, mother, aunt and wife during her short but incredible 53 years of life.

Lori was predeceased by her parents Greta Jesso and John Roberts. 

Lori is survived by the love of her life of 38 years,  Dennis, during which they had two beautiful children, Matthew (Stephanie) and Denise (Kyle). She was blessed with her 4 grandchildren Grayson, Emma, Claire (who was Nanny’s little best friend) and our newest addition Maxwell. She was also survived by her sister Jodyene and brother Benjamin, nephews Dion and Josh and a large circle of family and friends. 

Throughout her life Lori had developed a love for the outdoors. Whether she was knee-deep in soil tending to her vibrant flower and vegetable gardens or sitting by a crackling campfire under the stars. She found joy in the quiet moments of nature—watching or feeding the birds even animals or taking a walk with her grandchildren. Lori loved to spend time with family camping; a beautiful park or random place she thought was nice. She was also an artistic person who love to sit and colour while listening to her favourite music or watching a spooky show. 

We take comfort in knowing that Lori is at peace, and we will meet again someday. You will be greatly missed!

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 29 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Mark’s Avenue. Cremation to follow.
