Keith William Lawrence
February 28, 1952 – January 28, 2026
Corner Brook, NL
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Keith William Lawrence announce his sudden passing on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 73 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 44 years Deborah (nee Crocker); children: Danielle (Drew) and Cameron (Kelsie) grandchildren: Norrie, Arlo and Jasper; sister Eileen (Bill); brother Carson (Edith); parents-in-law Jack and Dena; brothers and sisters-in-law: Wayne (Kim), Dennis (Susan), Dean (Cathy), Dean H. (Betty Ann), Chris (Christine), Paul (Cecilia), Kerri Lou (Larry), Wendy and Glen (Kim); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Harlan and Mary, sister Cavelle and sister-in-law Nancy.
Keith lived his entire life in Corner Brook, raising his own family just a few streets over from his childhood home. Over the course of a long and dedicated career, he spent 39 years working as an IT field technician, a role that gave him the opportunity to travel throughout the province that he loved so dearly. He took pride in his work and valued the connections he made along the way.
Family was everything to Keith. He shared 44 wonderful years of marriage to the love of his life and best friend, Deborah. Their life together was built on love, commitment, and shared experiences, forming the foundation of the family he held so dear. He cherished time spent with his loved ones and found particular joy in being with his grandchildren, creating memories that will be treasured for years to come. He also shared a special bond with his beloved cat, Ollie, who brought him great comfort and companionship.
Keith had a deep appreciation for the simple and meaningful things in life. He loved photography, music, working with his hands, and spending time in nature, especially at the cabin in Howley.
He will be remembered for his dedication, his quiet passions, and the love he gave so freely to those around him. His presence will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
