Llewelyn “Lou” Park

March 11, 1951 – January 30, 2026

Cox’s Cove, NL

It is with broken hearts, we share the sudden passing of Lou Park, at the age of 74 years on January 30, 2026.

Leaving to mourn, the love of his life and wife of 49 years, Brenda; daughters: Marcy, Iris (Stephen) and his precious grandchildren: Taylor, Mia, Sydney, Kaden and Noah; lost and broken hearted, his dog Dash.

Also left to mourn, his brother and best friend Russ, Medrick (Bernice), Gerald (Nancy); sisters: Susie, Mary (Alex); sisters-in-law Velda, Millicent, Jeanette; brother-in-law Gary (Judy); and so many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his parents Sam and Olive, siblings Hollie (Calvin), Hilda (Bill), Samuel Jr., infant brother William, his in-laws Max and Mary, brothers-in-law Jim and Wilbert, sister-in-law Joan.

Lou was a family man. His wife, daughters and grandchildren were his pride and joy and he loved them with his whole heart. Lou had many, many friends but none closer than his brother Russ, whom he spent every evening with. Lou was often seen driving around town with his brothers, waving and chatting with everyone along the way. He will be remembered for his kind heart and loving personality.
