It is with great sadness that the family of the late Leo Craig Peddle announce his passing on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 72 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his sisters: Elizabeth “Betty” (Junior) Parsons, Stephenville, Carla (Gordon) Scott, Corner Brook; brother Bill (Paula Dyke) Peddle, Corner Brook; sisters-in-law: Frances Morey, Ontario, Nina Peddle, Corner Brook and Rhoda Peddle, Cox’s Cove; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Edward and Martha Peddle, sisters and brothers Joan (Wilfred) Brake, Jim (Carol) Peddle, Catherine (Byron) Oldford, Gerald Peddle, Judy Peddle, Baby Judy Peddle, Tom Peddle, Bob Peddle and Mary (Clyde) Hynes. A special thank you to Mountainview Retirement Centre and the staff at Western Memorial Regional Hospital. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at Mount Patricia Cemetery, Roman Catholic Section on Thursday, April 2 at 2:00 p.m. with Bishop Bart officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
