It is with great sadness that the family of the late Rochelle Paula Dennis announce her passing on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at the Western Long Term Care, Palliative Care Unit at the age 86 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Kevin; children: Rose (Shawn), Carol Anne (Barry), Tom, Todd (Kim) and Eileen (Todd); daughter-in-law Eileen; grandchildren: Sean, Krista, Jacob, Dianne, Michael, Keagan, Tara, Scott, Dawson, Scott, Haleigh and Thomas; as well as numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; siblings: Derm (Barb), Sharron (Phil), Dixie (Meshack), Chris (Pauline) and Dave (Nina); sisters-in-law: Myra, Gloria and Patsy. She was predeceased by her son Sean, parents Thomas and Margaret, brothers Tommy, Murray and Bernard.

Rochelle was a deeply social and kind soul who truly loved her family and friends. Fiercely loyal and supportive, you could always count on her. She found joy in the little things - group chats that kept everyone connected, FaceTime calls that brought smiles across any distance, and good, spirited debates that reflected her love for life and connection.

She embraced each day with gratitude, and her faith was a cornerstone of who she was, reflected in her devotion to her church.

Rochelle will be remembered for her warmth, her generous spirit, and the joy she brought into so many lives. Her presence will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always cherished.

A special thank you to Dr. Dawn Armstrong, Dr. Al Gherbali, the nurses and staff at Western Memorial Regional Hospital and the Palliative Care Unit for their care and compassion.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 1 at 10:30 a.m. at All Hallows Parish with Bishop Bart officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to All Hallows Parish, Corner Brook or Immaculate Conception Parish, Deer Lake.
