Ross John Fudge

August 5, 1949 – April 1, 2026

It is with great sadness that the family of Ross Fudge announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at the age of 76 years.

Originally from Morrisville, NL, Ross is predeceased by parents John and Harriet Fudge, sister Vera Dominie, sister-in-law Dianne Alexander, brothers-in-law Glen (Louise) Burton and Charles Burton.

Left with fond and loving memories are his devoted life partner of 32 years Judy Burton; brothers: Marshall (Debbie) and Jeff (Cathy); sisters: Juanita Cooper (Ray), Rosalie King (Jerry), Ivy Fudge, Norma Kendall (Harvey), Claudine Dawe (Garry); brothers-in-law: Sandy Dominie, Jeryl Alexander and  Dean Burton (Cindy); sisters-in-law: Ellen Penney (Wilfred) and Donna Burton; also a large number of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In following Ross’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 4 from 2-4 p.m. at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue. There will be no formal funeral service.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Chemo Unit, Western Memorial Regional Hospital or the family.

The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Chaulk and the nursing staff of Unit 5D for their kindness and compassion shown to our loved one.
