It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Doreen Payne at the age of 82 Years. She is now reunited with her husband Wilfred Payne Sr. and son Wilfred Payne Jr. She leaves behind her son Spencer (Lisa) Payne, Willimena (Gary) David and daughter-in-law Rita Payne. She will be missed dearly by her grandchildren, Adam, Kristen, Meagan, Tyler, Vanessa, Ryan and also 10 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents William and Alice Murrin.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 9 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at St. Nicholas Anglican Church, Cox's Cove from where the funeral service will be held on Friday, April 10 at 11:00 a.m., Reverend Terry Loder officiating with interment to follow at the church cemetery.
