Alfie worked at the paper mill in Corner Brook during his working career, and on his off time, he spent time in the woods, hunting and fishing. He rode motorcycles, loved nature and had a great knowledge of the universe. In his early years he travelled unique places such as Haida Gwaii and Cuba, places he thought were so unique. He also represented Newfoundland and Labrador at the National Marksmanship Competition in his early years. He loved animals and pets and lett behind his cherished tom cat “Tommy Hunter.”
The family would like to thank our cousin Wayne Rose for all of his help during this difficult time and Alfie’s friends Donna Vandevelde and Mike Audeau for their support to Alfie over the years.
Burial arrangements to be announced at a later date.
