Obituary of Mildred Campbell

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mildred Campbell announce her passing on May 3rd, 2026, at the Labrador Health Centre, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, at the age of 81 years.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children: Edgar, Wavey (Gerard), Debbie, and Jason; 16 Grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sister: Alma Hynes (Dave); brother: Brod Randell (Leone); brothers in law: Roy Pilgrim and Hubert Burden; as well as a large circle of extended relatives and friends.

Mildred was predeceased by her husband: Wesley; parents: Dorman and Bertha Randell; sisters: Ethel Pilgrim, Margaret Burden, Joyce Fillier, Jessie Burden, and Rowena Campbell; and baby brother: Tobias.

Visitation will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026, from 7:00-9:00 pm.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026, from the Bethel Pentecostal Tabernacle, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL, starting at 2:00 pm with Pastor Russ Austin officiating. Interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Pastor Russ, also known as her good man, Tony Callahan, and all the loving care from Juanita Caldwell.
