Obituary of Herbert Andrew
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Herbert Andrew announce his passing on May 4th, 2026, at his home in Sheshatshiu, NL at the age of 56 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children: Nutin Andrew, Aurora Pone, and Matshiu Penashue; grandchildren: Brennon, Ariyana, Byron, and Elias; brothers: Jerry and Matthew; sister: Genevieve; as well as many other realtives and friends.
Herbert was predeceased by his parents: Sylvester and Mary Adele Andrew; daughter: Maniaten; brother: Joseph, and sister: Caroline.
A wake will be held on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026, at 17 Matshateu, Sheshatshiu, starting at 5:00 pm.
The funeral will take place on Thursday, May 7th, 2026, at the Roman Catholic Church, Sheshatshiu, NL starting at 11:00 am with Father Joe officiating. Interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
