Dear Family of Phyllis,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Phyllis.
It was truly a privilege and an honor to know and care for her. Phyllis was a wonderful woman whose kindness, warmth, and beautiful spirit touched my life in many ways. She welcomed me with a genuine smile from the very first day I met her, and I will always cherish the memories we shared together.
One of the most meaningful memories for me is that my first day working with Phyllis fell on my birthday. She made me feel so welcome, and we shared lunch together. Her thoughtfulness and generosity were evident in everything she did. She even offered me a gift as a token of her kindness, although I was unable to accept it due to workplace policies. I was deeply touched by her gesture and will always remember it.
I will also treasure the time we spent together on Mother's Day, taking pictures, sharing lunch, and praying together to thank God for His blessings. We enjoyed working on puzzles, which she loved as a way to pass the time. During our conversations, she spoke lovingly about her husband and her beautiful children. I remember her mentioning that she no longer had the energy to travel to Toronto for a family wedding, yet she always spoke of her family with great love and pride.
Phyllis leaves behind many precious memories that will continue to live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of her life, and I will never forget her kindness, faith, strength, and the joy she brought to those around her.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time. May God grant you comfort, strength, and peace, and may the loving memories of Phyllis bring you comfort in the days ahead.
With deepest sympathy,
Tina
