Left to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife of 73 years Mary Mercedes; children: Monica Wells (Rick), Randy Wells (Joan), Deborah Wells Smith (David), Rosemary Bartlett (David), grandchildren: Terri-Lynne Wells, Jeffrey Wells (Trina), Matthew Wells, Victoria Wells Smith, Josiah Bartlett, Grace Wells Smith; great grandchildren: Rebecca King, Emma King, Michael Normore Wells, Harrison Wells; sister Georgina Curtis (Max); sisters-in-law : Mary Park (James), Lillian Wells, as well as numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents James and Alice; siblings:Bertha, Benjamin, Robert, Stephen, Jessie, Kittie and Tossie (Alice), great grandchild Kai Barron. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home 218 Curling Street Tuesday from 7-9 pm and Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, March 9th at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Church, Curling Street with Father Don Leonard officiating, followed by the interment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to Sacred Heart Parish. </span></p>
