Wilson David Galliott

April 3, 1945 – March 8, 2021

 

 

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of the Wilson David Galliott announce his passing at the age of 75 years.  Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Hilda (Hynes), children Robin Loder (Bruce), John Galliott (Dana) and Poppy’s girls Brianna Loder (Matthew Beazley) and Isabella Galliott. Siblings:  Bill (Geneva), Thelma Williams (C.P.), Frances Hann (Ernie), Donna Carrigan (Bob).  Brothers and sisters-in-law:  Barney Hynes (Joan), Clayton Hynes (Theresa), John Hynes (Louise), Carol Meadus (George), Myrt Traverse (Derm), many nephews and nieces and cousins.  Special friends Ed and Daphne Brake, Dougal and Dorothy Pye. He is predeceased by his father Jack, mother Olga, father-in-law George Hynes and mother-in-law Jean Hynes.   

The family wishes to thank the staff of St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital ICU and Special Care Unit.  Additional thanks to Dr. Woodman for his care and attention.

Due to Covid-19 Government Restrictions a private family visitation will be held and a private funeral service will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Home on St. Mark’s Ave. with Reverend Deacon Cynthia Haines-Turner officiating. A celebration of life will take place at a future date.
