WILLIAM LAWLESS Port au Choix, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late William Lawless announce his passing on Tuesday, May 26th, 2009 at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders in his 87th year. Leaving to mourn his wife Geraldine, children: Dulcie (Casey) House, River of Ponds, Marie (Tony), Port au Choix, Elizabeth (Bruce) Sheppard, Rioglet, Labrador, Noreen (Craig) Flynn, Forteau, Frank (Patty), St. John’s, Mary Jane (Danny) Perry, Hawkes Bay and Pius (Selma) Walsh, Port au Choix; grandchildren: Cheryl (Wayne), Nicole (Boyd), Zabrina (Bradley), Durwin, Tonya (Orlando), Lori Lynn (Jason), Denise (Otto), Lisa (Shawn), Chris, Travis (Danielle), Damian (Francine), Melissa, Tyler (Kayla), Trevor, Stephanie, TJ, Jessica, Frankie and Chris; great-grandchildren: Joshua, Hannah, Brayden, Georgia, Grant, Rachel, Sarah, Liam, Dawson, Emily, Taylor, Rialey, Braden, Hannah, Lakelynn, Nicholas, Nathan, Daniel and Jacob, brother Edmund (Irene), sisters: Bridget (Chris) and Maggie. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his son Christopher, parents Maurice and Elizabeth Lawless, brothers John Christopher and Christopher, brother-in-law Patrick. The family will be receiving friends at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port au Choix on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place from St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church on Friday, May 29th at 11:00 a.m. with Monsignor Jim Robertson officiating. Interment to follow at Interfaith Cemetery, Sandy Cove. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port au Choix.
