It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gertrude (Judy) Catherine Heath announce her passing on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 75 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her partner Gerald Caines; children: Gerald Heath, Linda Heath, Michael Heath and Donna Heath; grandchildren: Lana (Ray), Leanne (Adam), Greg (Brittany), Jesse, Brooke, Diana (Matt) and Cody (Cameron); great-grandchildren: Summer, Evan, McKenna and Maverick; as well as a large circle of sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Ambrose and Elizabeth Suley, twin babies Darlene and Harold and many sisters and brothers. A very special thank you to the nurses and staff of the ICU. A private family visitation will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home. A private family funeral service will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Chapel, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Saturday, April 10 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Andrew Wright officiating. Cremation to follow. Due to Covid-19 Government restrictions funeral service will be by invitation only. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
