It is with great sadness that the family of the late Roy Allen Wheeler announce his passing on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 83 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughter Debbie Layden, Ontario; grandchildren: Roy (Terri) Layden, Ontario and Trish Layden, New Brunswick; great-grandson Caleb Layden, Ontario; sister Thelma Powell; nephew Paul Baillairge; niece Coline Baillairge; great nephews: Paul Michael Baillairge and Avery Baillairge; special friends: Mary and joe Barry, Billy B and Patsy, Martin and Effie Humber and Peggy Shears; as well as other extended family and many friends. He was predeceased by his wife Coline Wheeler, parents Ellison and Florence Wheeler and brother Gary Wheeler. Cremation has taken place. There will be no formal visitation or funeral at this time.
