Calvin Norman Perry

November 28, 1945 – April 25, 2021

Hawkes Bay, NL

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Calvin Perry announce his passing, surrounded by his family on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre at the age of 75 years.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are; his loving wife of 53 years, Gloria , his daughters, who were the love of his life; Barbie (Faron) O’Keefe and Tammy (Darren) House; he dearly loved his sons-in-law, they were  his sons;   he will also be missed by his special son, Tyson (Kendall) Young. The pride and joy of his life were his special granddaughters, “Pop’s Girls”, Kaitlynn Nicole House and Kaylee Young; he will be missed by his puppy, Harley, as well as a large circle of extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Reuben and Barbara Perry.

Calvin was a very hard worker and loved driving tractor trailers and dump trucks. His life was his family who he loved and cared for very much. He will be sadly missed by all.

The family would like to send a special thank you to the Nurses, Doctors and staff at Rufus Guinchard Health Care Centre, Port Saunders for the amazing care provided to Calvin during his time there. Your thoughtfulness and kindness will never be forgotten.  The family would also like to thank those who have called, sent messages, texts, sent food to our home and have visited us. We appreciate every gesture of kindness. Thank you to Pastor Troy and Connie Russell and Rev. Deacon Marie Smith for your visits and prayers.

Granting his wishes, cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium, with a burial service at a later date.
