Annie Elise Myers

May 30, 1950 - May 3, 2021

Port Au Choix, NL

Annie Elise Myers was born on May 30, 1950 in Bartletts Harbour to Thomas and Annie Myers.  Annie went away to work and later returned to Port au Choix where she met and married Garfield Plowman. They had three children: Mary, Charlie and Joyce. She worked at the fish plant for a time where she made many lifelong friends. Everyone who knew her said that she always had a smile and a kind word.  Her most prized possession was her grandchildren, who she loved to spoil, when she got the chance. Annie will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her. 

She leaves to mourn her children: Joyce (Glen), Charlie, Mary (Derek), Grandchildren: Nathan, Simone, Lucas, George. Great-grandchildren:  Samantha, Liam, Brett.  Brothers: Thomas (Eileen) Myers, Ned (Winnie) Myers, Calvin and the late Kathleen) Myers. Sister: Olive (Frank) Beaudoin. 

Predeceased by her husband Garfield Plowman, Clyde Atkins and Cecil Sinnicks

Private Family viewings taking place on Wednesday , May 5th at Fillatres funeral Home in Port au Choix. Resting at St. Theresa's  Roman Catholic church  on  Thursday at 1pm. Family service 7pm-9pm. The funeral service will be held  on Friday at 1pm with Father Raj officiating. Interment to follow at the interfaith cemetery, Sandy Cove.
