Port Hope Simpson, NL 

It is with great sadness that the family of the late David Lawless announce his passing on Thursday, May 6th, 2021 at the Labrador South Health Centre in Forteau at the age of 80 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, four daughters: Vietta (David), Veronica (Greg), Virginia (Brian) and Victoria (Aubrey); eight grandchildren: Ashley (Susan), Ashten, Alannah (Mike), Mason, Brandon, Amber, Misty and Ryder; five great grandchildren: Ava, Ariel, Olivia, Brody and Layla; brothers, Fulton, Bill, Jack, Mark and  Ignatius; and sisters Mary and Beatrice, as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Emma Lawless and his wife Viola; sister Ada and brothers Isidore, Patrick and Leo.

The funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 9th from the Pentecostal church in Port Hope Simpson. The ball bearers are, Brian (son-in-law), Mason (grandson), Greg (son-in-law), Darnell, Herman and Anthony (nephews). 

The Lawless family would like to thank everyone who provided meals, Pastor Giles, the grave diggers, all who called , sent cards, messages, visited or helped in any way to aliviate the pain with the passing of our Dad.
