It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gladys Sarah Best announce her passing on June 03 2021 at Labrador Health Centre Happy Valley-Goose Bay at the age of 84 years.

She will be sadly missed by her children Phyllis (Byron); John (Fay); Richard (Christina); Hector (Brenda); Marvin (Diane), Anthony; Large circle of grandchildren and great grandchildren and her brother Norman Andersen. As well a large circle of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents, husband Raymond, brothers John and Sam and her sister Ruth.

Due to Covid-19 there will be no visitation.

Funeral service will be held on June 7, 2021 at 2 PM ( to a maximum of 25 people in compliance with Covid 19 Regulations) from the United Church NWR with Rev. Nellie Thomas officiating Interment to follow at the Community Cemetery NWR. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation
