It is with great sadness that the family of the late Clyde Alfred Hutchings announce his passing on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 91 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Nancy; sons: Reg, Terry (Helen), Arch (Brenda), Darrell (Katherine), Donnie (Carol) and Richard (Ann) Walsh; grandchildren: Dean, Christine, Stephanie, Meaghan, Michael, Caitlin, Stacey, Deidre, DJ, Brittany, Cody, Sarah, Cory and Ricky; stepchildren: Cindy (Tony) and David (Sandra); step-grandchildren: Krista, Geordie and Hailey; as well as a large circle of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his first wife Joan Hutchings, sons Gary and James; daughters-in-law Valerie and Judy, granddaughters Janet & Michelle, sisters and brothers Sadie, George, Garfield, Lewis, Effie, Vera, Frances and Blanche. Visitation will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. to a maximum of 20 people at a time, face masks and social distancing required. A private family funeral service will be held at Humber United Church, Clarence Street with Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be  made to Humber United Church or a charity of one’s choice.
