it is with great sadness that the family of the late Annie “Blanche” Kenway announce her passing on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Corner Brook Long Term Care in her 96th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Judy (Don) Grandy, Garnish, Jacqueline (Michael) Letellier, Ottawa, Ont. and Dave (Joanne), Gallants; grandchildren: Lee, Trudy, Kelly, Darren, Betina and Brianna; great-grandchildren: Brandon, Cody, Kaylee, Logan, Chole, and Devin; great-granddaughter Sarah; special nieces: Marie, Betty, Geraldine & Edwina; special nephew Fred; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Wilson Kenway, parents John and Emily Butler, great-granddaughter Sara Paige Grandy. Visitation will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. to a maximum of 25 people at a time. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 14 at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home Chapel to a maximum of 55 people with Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating. Face masks and social distancing required. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Shriners Transportation Fund or the Retired Teachers Foundation.
