May 14, 1930 – July 28, 2021

It is with great sadness that we, the family of Patricia (Patsy) Bennett announce her passing on July 28, 2021 at her family home in Stephenville Crossing, at the age of 91 years.  Patricia was a kind and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She leaves to mourn her three children, daughter Arleen (Cory) and two sons Glen and Kenny, her sisters Marina (Sam), Shirley (Melivin) and brother Coolidge (Carolann), grandchildren: Sherrie Lynn, Kyle (Amber), Jessie, Chris, Colton (Brittany), Cody (Mikayla), Shauna, Shae-Lee, Bobby and Max, her great-grandchildren: Zachary, Jaxon, Ryden, Finnley and Faith.

She was predeceased by her husband Max, her parents John and Rose Duffney, brothers John, Ronald, Lionel, Leslie, Bradley and Roy, her mother and father in-law Mary (Minnie) and Dave Bennett and sister in-law Ramona Sheppard.

Patsy loved to camp, play darts and have a good game of cards, but most of all she loved her grandkids and great-grandkids.  They would always put a smile on her face with every visit.  Following her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private funeral service will take place for family.

As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL.
