Obituary for the late Patrick Dwayne Jack

August 15, 1990 – July 26, 2021

It is with great sadness the family of the late Patrick Dwayne Jack announce his passing on July 26, 2021, at a friend’s home at the age of 30 years.  He will be sadly missed by his (Mother) Katie Jack, (Father) Patrick Penashue, (Stepmother) Stephanie Rich.  Brothers; JD Penashue, Alphonse Penashue, Malcolm Rich, Antuan Penashue, Chancellor Ashini, Jimmy Lee Jack, Pien Michael Jack. Sisters; Pearl Rich, Paula Rich, Summer Rich, Lucy Jane Jack.  Children; Jessica Megan Rich and Kristen Marie Rich. Brother-In-Law; Roderick Gino Penashue.  Sister-In-Laws; Munik Piwas and Queta Rich.  Nieces and Nephews; Melissa, Nicole, Colton, Patrick, Jimmy Lee, Patience, Alex, Testa, Hannah.  Grandparents; Anthony Penashue Sr. and Philomena Penashue. Uncles; Roderick Penashue, Tony Penashue, Patrick Penashue.  Aunts; Janet Penashue, Geraldine Penashue, Lila Nuna, Pauline Pone as well as a large circle of other relatives, and friends.  He was predeceased by Philomena and Manual Jack, Bart Jack, John Jack, Frank Jack, Paul Jack, Tyler Jack (Nephew) and Timothy Pokue (Brother).

Due to COVID 19 regulations a private visitation will take place at Fillatres Funeral Home on July 30, 2021, from the hours of 1pm – 3pm.  Funeral service will be held on July 31, 2021, at 11 am from Our Lady of the Snows Church with Fr. (Joe) Pichai Pillar Vellan Kanni officiating, with interment to follow at Sheshatshiu Cemetery.
