It is with very heavy hearts that the family of the Late Monica Bennett announce her passing at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa, ON on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the age of 60 years. She will hold a special place in the hearts of all who knew her especially her husband Andrew; daughter Tanya LeMoine; grandchildren: Cassandra, Jordan, Jalissa, Naya; great-grandson Xavier; mother Loretta Bennett; mother-in-law Margaret Bennett; brothers: Rodney (Sharon), Bradley (Marina), Gilbert (Marjorie); sisters: Brenda (Michael), Matilda, Lillian (Wilfred), Della, Vera as well as many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews other family and friends. She was pre-deceased by her father Leonard Bennett; father-in-law Gerald Bennett and many brothers and sisters. Visitation will take place from St. Ann’s Chapel, Flat Bay on Tuesday, February 6th between the hours of 7 - 9 p.m. and Wednesday, February 7th between the hours of 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. The funeral mass will take place from St. Ann’s Chapel in Flat Bay on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 10 a.m. with Father Edmund Dantes officiating. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Flat Bay will take place following the funeral mass. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Alzheimers Society or the Kidney Foundation.
